Short Description: Ridgeheart's back fur is light grey, white on her belly, chest, legs and chin. She has pale yellow-green eyes and is somewhat short.
Appearance:
Her back is light grey, slowly fading into white on her paws, underbelly, chest, chin, tail tip, and inside her legs. On her body she has grey stripes, a little darker on her back half and just over her eyes. The white of her belly reappeares under her eyes and o their inside corners. Ridgeheart's eyes are a pale yellow green color, mostly yellow with a hint of green around the edges.Personality:
Ridgeheart has a strong desire to serve others, a "need to be needed." In extreme cases, this need is so strong that standard give-and-take relationships are deeply unsatisfying to her. Since Ridgeheart is very much bound by the prevailing social conventions, her form of service is likely to exclude any elements of moral controversy; she specializes in the local, the personal, and the practical. Despite Ridgeheart's need to serve and please others, she is often unappreciated. Ironically, because she proves over and over that she can be relied on for her loyalty and unstinting, high-quality work, those around her often take her for granted--even take advantage of her. Admittedly, the problem is sometimes aggravated by Ridgeheart herself; for instance, she is notoriously bad at delegating ("If you want it done right, do it yourself"). And although she's hurt by being treated like a doormat, she is often unwilling to let others know about her accomplishments because she feels that although she deserves more credit than she's getting, it's somehow wrong to her to want any sort of reward for doing work.History:
Ridgeheart is a methodical and accurate warrior, with a very good memory and unexpected analytic abilities; She is also good with cats in small-group or one-on-one situations because of her patient and genuinely sympathetic approach to dealing with others. Ridgeheart makes a pleasant and reliable friend and warrior, but tends to be harried and uncomfortable in supervisory roles (such as leading a patrol or, dare say, having an apprentice). She is capable of forming strong loyalties, but these are personal rather than institutional loyalties. Ridgeheart's family and close friends are the center of her life. She is extremely warm and demonstrative within this close circle--and often possessive of her loved ones, as well.
Ridgeheart has just a few, close friends. She is extremely loyal to these friends, and is ready to provide emotional and practical support at a moment's notice. However, she hates confrontation; if you get into a fight, don't expect her to jump in after you. You can count on her, however, to run and get the nearest authority figure. The older the friendship is, the more Ridgeheart will value it. One of her traits that is easily misunderstood by those who haven't known her long is that she is often unable to either hide or articulate any distress she may be feeling. For instance, an Ridgeheart is often caught sulking, the actual cause of which is a combination of physical illness plus misguided good manners.
Ridgeheart and her brother birdbat were born to their mother Dewscale and father Sootfur. They had a third sibling, Hailkit, who died of a vicious fever just over two weeks after birth.IC: Other:
